Please note, the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) Regulations 2019 came into force on 10 January 2020. These Regulations amend rather than replace the 2017 Regulations.
We are currently awaiting for the CCAB to issue their guidance for accountancy profession in order to update our anti-money laundering products portfolio.
